Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and you have the refund make a separate purchase for the new item. We cannot send out an exchange.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive your return. Please ensure it is sent back with all tags attached, unworn and odour free. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase. We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item for a refund. Please note that it may take up to three days to appear in your bank.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on scarves, gloves, jewellery, handbags or sale items.

If your item to return is damaged or the incorrect style/ size sent please email us so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
